License to Terrorize?

God Bless Congressman James Sensenbrenner, Jr.  He has stood against this "intelligence reform" bill being ramrodded down our throats right now.  His opposition is not based on the bill being too tough on the terrorists, nor is it based on the structure of the new intelligence structure.  Congressman Sensenbrenner withholds his vote because this bill does not prohibit states from issuing driverís licenses to illegal aliens.  Not legal aliens, illegal aliens.  People who are breaking the law by sneaking into the country or by staying past the time limit of their visas.

A driverís license is carte blanche to conduct business in America.  Without it, you cannot drive, but you also cannot open credit or bank accounts, and you will certainly be subject to substantial additional scrutiny at airports and train stations.  The elite left, which seems to naturally oppose any effort to apply necessary governmental regulation (while simultaneously seeking to inculcate government into every other aspect of our lives), opposes this restriction.  Why?  Because driverís license stations are generally used to register voters!  The odds are that an illegal alien with a driverís license will also be able to unlawfully register to vote, so the left panders to them in order to attempt to wrest the power from real citizens by unlawful means.

"[T]he nineteen illegal aliens who murdered over 3,000 of us on September 11, 2001 held sixty-three driverís licenses between them!"

As Rush Limbaugh constantly and correctly reminds us, the nineteen illegal aliens who murdered over 3,000 of us on September 11, 2001 held sixty-three driverís licenses between them!  That is at least three per terrorist!  The terrorists see the bonanza of access and legitimacy conferred by the driverís license.  The Democratic party sees the illegal alien vote breaking for them and, apparently, will happily sacrifice citizensí lives in order to try to screw the people out of their franchise, law be damned.

There is a grave security exposure to the United States of America whenever an illegal alien gets a license to drive in this country.  The illegal alien is here ILLEGALLY!  That person is, because of insanely activist courts, entitled to suck up welfare dollars and to send his or her kids to American public schools.  The person does not belong here!  There are lawful aliens who obey every statute and regulation.  By giving the illegal aliens driverís licenses, we not only give the terrorists gilded passes to attack us, we spit upon the lawful aliens and send the message that their efforts to obey the law are not truly necessary.

"Congressman Sensenbrenner is correct.  He is right to stand firm on this sensitive issue."

Congressman Sensenbrenner is correct.  He is right to stand firm on this sensitive issue.  We need to take driverís licenses away from all illegal aliens, and furthermore to direct the states to turn the presently-licensed illegals in to Homeland Security for deportation.  Then, we reduce a real risk to the citizens, and we show the law-abiding aliens that their adherence to the law was both necessary and worthwhile.
