I apologize to all of our readers for not being on top of my game this week. Frankly, I am sick and tired of the overplay of the Terri Schiavo killing. Conservatives in general have been going non-stop on this issue. I agree that Terri’s death was a travesty of justice. I agree that her "husband" acted horribly to Terri’s family. I agree that something needs to be done to put an out-of-control, tyrannical judiciary back into check. But this wall-to-wall coverage is too much, and I have had my fill.
Now the Pope is dying after getting his own feeding tube. At least they’re not trying to stave him. John Paul II is a conservative hero, and along with Reagan and Walesa, is one of the reasons that Soviet Communism is on the ash heap of history. I will miss his strong stance for freedom and life.
I now sign off for this week, and again I apologize for the abbreviated publication this week.
