An Exit Strategy from our Common Sense

The Congress seems to be attempting to try to form some sort of bipartisan call for our President to state an exit strategy for the Iraq war.  These people think that such a move will cause Iraq’s neighbors to pull back from supporting terrorism.  These people have obviously executed an exit strategy -- from their own common sense.  Their premise is that we are terror victims because of our "aggression" in Iraq.  Where are the facts?  We were nowhere near Iraq on September 11, 2001!  We were, in fact, helping the muslims in Kosovo.

Remember 9-11!  Never forget!  We have to remember that these people are not oppressed victims who are retaliating against some despotic regime.  The leftists in the Congress and the press would like you to believe that lie, but it is just that -- a pure lie!  The picture at the left tells the story.  These people are terrorist murderers.  They attacked us because they thought that we were weak and decadent.  They did it to poke us in the eye; they did it to attempt to terrorize us into cutting Israel loose; they did it to try to terrorize us into stopping oil purchases from Saudi Arabia, in order to destabilize its government.

Based on Bill Clinton’s cowardice in Somalia after the "Black Hawk Down" incident, Bin Laden thought us all to be cowards.  He rapidly found out how wrong he was -- and is.  We have mopped up Afghanistan and ousted the Al Qaeda puppet regime.  Bin Laden is now hiding in some cave somehwere and can’t attack the USA with anything more powerful than a nasty video.  We then turned to Iraq, where Saddam Hussein refused to document the alleged destruction of his WMD’s and was paying the families of suicide boming terrorists $25,000 each to attack Israel.  Within weeks, we were in control.  We then discovered the atrocities that Saddam committed as he abused his office for decades.

Because of the fact that our troops liberated Iraq, Libya’s Qadaffi pooped his pants in fear and gave up his WMD’s.  The terrorists are turning Iraq into their Last Stand.  We win in Iraq, we wipe out the terrorists!  Now I repeat, again, from Sen. John Warner of Virginia: "We’re fighting them in the Mideast so we don’t have to fight them in the Midwest!"

What about the notion that a pullback will encourage Iraq’s neighbors to pull back from supporting terror?  Bull.  The only thing that terrorists understand is strength.  Look at Spain.  They attacked Spain, the people turned yellow and changed to an anti-war government and they pulled out.  Was Spain safer?  Well, Al Qaeda attacked again!  Any act of ours to show less than 100% resolve is a sign of weakness to these filthy murderers!  This is why we who love America state confidently that anyone who opposes the war in Iraq is giving aid and comfort to our enemies.  I know, the First Amendment permits and guarantees the right of these people to speak.  It also guarantees my right to opine that these people hate America and its goodness.

It’s time to abandon the exit strategy from our common sense, and to dedicate ourselves to getting the whole job done.  Our beloved and wonderful President is already so dedicated, thank God.  We’ve only to work on convincing the naysayers to stop hating America long enough to consider their own self-interest.  Not political self-interest but actual self-interest.  Do these leftist cowards want to die in an Al Qaeda attack?  I know I don’t!  If these socialists want to be safe, then they need to support the war and support the only thing that will keep us safe:  Complete victory.
