Conservative Cajones!

The rank and file of the Conservative movement has gotten its groove back!  We were marginalized when our President made his biggest blunder, the Medicare prescription drug benefit.  We were marginalized when the Washington powers pulled back on the conservative agenda and pledged untold billions to hurricane relief.  Last week, and continuing to now, we are no longer marginalized.

We just rammed a bill through the House that gave oil companies incentives to build refineries, notwithstanding the rage of the extreme leftist environmentalist wackos.  No more marginalization.  The Harriet Miers nomination has raised red flags with many prominent conservatives.  They are being heard.  What has happened?  We got our cajones!

"We will no longer sit back while the Country Club Republicans join the nutcase Democrats to try to turn this country into a socialist left-wing gulag.  We won the last three elections.  We will not tolerate those who we have elected reneging on their campaign promises."

We will no longer sit back while the Country Club Republicans join the nutcase Democrats to try to turn this country into a socialist left-wing gulag.  We won the last three elections.  We will not tolerate those who we have elected reneging on their campaign promises.  This goes for everyone from the dog catcher to the President.  Those who are ambivalent or upset about the Miers nomination are that way because they have some serious, good-faith concerns about the nominee.

The extreme Left is stopping at absolutely nothing in their effort to unseat Conservatives.  They are abusing the law in Texas, browbeating a newly-impaneled Grand Jury into issuing a baseless indictment against Tom DeLay, after another, long-seat Grand Jury refused to do so.  Why?  So he can be sidelined in the 2006 elections.  They continuously attack the President, his advisers and cabinet, and will not relent.  Why?  Because they honestly believe that their shrill attacks will cause people to vote leftist.  They release two books that all but coronate Hillary Clinton as President, and they design an entire TV show (Commander in Chief) designed to propagandize the public to the idea of a Hillary Clinton presidency (what will happen when Dick Morris’ prediction comes true and Condi runs for President?  Aside from my jumping for joy?).  Why?  Because they think that we, the people, are easily manipulated by cheap subliminalism like these things.

"We need our cajones now, because the Left senses their demise.  They may outwardly be thinking -- and bragging -- that they have prevailed and turned the country against our President and his programs.  Deep down inside, they know that they are licked."

We need our cajones now, because the Left senses their demise.  They may outwardly be thinking -- and bragging -- that they have prevailed and turned the country against our President and his programs.  Deep down inside, they know that they are licked.  They are just as licked as was Japan before Midway.  They move with bravado, but they have lost the war for our hearts and minds.  Pat Buchanan’s famous 1992 GOP Convention comment that we were at war for the soul of America is finally obsolete.  We’ve won that war.  Thank God, we’ve won that war.

The tide turned in 1993, when we were shocked by the Left’s black iron cajones when they proposed the Health Care junta.  From the midst of our own came Newt Gingrich, and out went the Left.  Why?  Newt had (and still has) titanium cajones.  The Contract with America was so successful that we’ve held the Congress for six terms.  We won’t lose either house in 2006, either -- in fact, mark my words:  In 2006 we will gain seats in both houses.  That Contract with America was so successful that Harry Reid, Senate shrinking minority leader, is recrafting the 1993 Health Care Junta into a similar "contract."  He misses the point that we got:  It’s not about making government meet your needs.  It’s about getting government off your back.

"They know they’ve lost the war of ideas.  Their shifting and struggling to find a message, to find meaning, is de facto evidence of their defeat.  But defeat does not equal oblivion.  They are wounded, and wise people know that a wounded beast is most dangerous."

The Left is not dead yet.  They know they’ve lost the war of ideas.  Their shifting and struggling to find a message, to find meaning, is de facto evidence of their defeat.  But defeat does not equal oblivion.  They are wounded, and wise people know that a wounded beast is most dangerous.  We can see that when we see the Left ignoring decency and the law as they ratchet up the war.  Louis Freeh writes truthfully about Bill Clinton’s scandal ridden excuse of an administration.  He is personally attacked by everyone from Daily Kos to Katie Couric (by the way, there is not much difference between those two).

We need to get our cajones in gear and work for Social Security reform.  We need to push to make sure that our tax cuts are made permanent.  We need to get our cajones in place to start to dismantle the overbearing and overgrown Federal bureaucracy.  We don’t need a national department of Education.  We don’t need to have nearly twenty different deputized law enforcement groups within the Federal government (not counting the Military).  Dismantling layers of bureaucracy will raise an uproar the likes of which we can barely imagine.  But it has to be done!

We need steel cajones to force drilling in ANWR and retrieval of the massive oil deposits in the West.  We need to eliminate all foreign oil imports, and we have the means to do so, and in fact, to become an oil exporter again!  We need to eliminate all oil, gas and coal-fired power plants.  We can then refine the coal into even more gasoline.  Not to mention that replacing all of the fossil-fuel power plants with Nuclear will clean up the environment more than the waclos can dream.  But they will cry and raise a stink about nuclear waste.  We will need our cajones to repel their idiocy.

Conservative Cajones!  Hurrah!
