To Romney, or not to Romney, that is the question:
Whether ’tis Nobler in the mind to suffer The Slings and Arrows of Obama’s Henchmen, Or to take Arms against a Sea of Debt, And by opposing end them: to lose, to a communist! No more; and by a sleep, to say we end The heart-ache, and the thousand Natural shocks That Herman Cain laid upon us? ’Tis a consummation Devoutly to be wished nevermore. To vote for Gingrich, For Newt, perchance to Dream; Ay, there’s the rub, For in that White House, what dreams may come, When we have shuffled off Rick Santorum, Must give us pause. There’s the respect That makes Primaries of so long life:
For who would bear the Whips and Scorns of the New York Times, The Oppressor’s wrong, the country’s Contumely, The pangs of despised conservatism, the Law’s Flouted The insolence of Obama, and the Spurns That patient merit of Ron Paul takes, When he himself might his Quietus make With a Rick Perry? Who would Tea Partiers bear, To grunt and sweat under a Romney life, But that the dread of Romney after Obama, The undiscovered Country, from whose bourn No Conservative returns, Puzzles the will, And makes us rather bear those ills we have, Than fly to others that we know not of. Thus Romney does make Leftists of us all, And thus the Conservative hue of Revolution Is sicklied o’er, with the pale cast of Socialism, And enterprises of great regulations and taxes, With this regard Huntsman turns awry, And lose the name of Bachmann. Soft you now, The fair Michelle? Unready, by thy Palin Be all my candidates remembered.
